Lucas Lopvet, our Director of Customer Support. Lucas has been with the team for fifteen years and is the person most clients spend the most time with after onboarding. Not a sales rep, not a handoff.
How long it will take
Thirty to forty-five minutes. We can go longer if there is more to unpack, but we will not waste your time padding the call.
What we will discuss
Your current site, the goals you have for it, what you are spending on it today (hosting, plugins, agencies, ads), and where you feel it is working or not. Bring whatever context you have. If you do not have it handy, we will work from what you do have.
What you will leave with
An honest assessment of where the highest-leverage fixes are on your site, regardless of whether you sign with us. If we are not the right team for the work, you will know that on the call rather than three months into an engagement.
