What happens next

From “let's talk” to first results shipped.

No mystery, no slow ramp. Here is what every engagement looks like.

  1. Pre-contract

Discovery, as long as it takes

Some engagements close after one call. Others take several hours of meetings across a couple of weeks. We sit down with you (and often your team) to understand your business, your traffic mix, your sales process, and what success actually looks like a year from now. If we are not the right team for the work, you will know that by the end of discovery, not three months in.

  2. Week 1

    Contract and access

We send a simple agreement, you countersign, and we get the access we need: hosting, CMS, analytics, ad accounts, CRM. You also get logged into the client portal so everything we do from here is visible to you.

  3. Weeks 1 to 2

    Leadership deep dive

Once access is in place, we sit down with your leadership for a deeper working session. We map your revenue model, sales process, team structure, seasonal cycles, and the strategic priorities that will influence which fixes we ship first. By the end, our team understands your business with the same depth as your internal team does. This is what makes the difference between recommendations that look smart and recommendations that actually work in your context.

  4. Weeks 2 to 3

    Baseline audit

We pull data from across your entire web ecosystem (analytics, search console, ad platforms, CRM, the portal). You get a written baseline so the numbers from month two onward have something to compare against.

  5. Weeks 3 to 4

    First fixes shipped

We start shipping. The highest-leverage on-page work, the obvious conversion leaks, the security and performance items that should not wait. You see things change inside the first month, not after a long planning phase.

  6. Month 2 onward

    Revenue alignment meeting

The standing meeting where we review what shipped, what changed in your numbers, where paid traffic is leaking, and what we are going after next. Monthly on most plans, bi-weekly on Performance. Every meeting ends with a written follow-up.

  7. Ongoing

    Monthly report and roadmap

Every month you get a written report covering what we shipped, how conversion rate and cost per lead moved, and the prioritized punch list for next month. Forward one email and your CEO has the answer.

FAQ

Common questions before you say yes.

How fast can we start?

Smaller engagements often kick off within a week of the final discovery conversation. Larger ones tend to have a longer discovery phase, sometimes multiple working sessions across a couple of weeks, before kickoff. Either way, you set the pace. We would rather take three weeks to make sure both sides understand the work than three months in to realize we are pointed at the wrong problem.

What is the contract term? Can I cancel?

Month to month. No annual lock-in. If something is not working, you tell us and either we fix it or you cancel. The retention pitch is the work, not the paperwork.

What if I need more hours than the plan includes?

We tell you in advance, you approve, and we either bill the extra time at the plan hourly rate or move you up a tier. We never burn hours without you knowing where they went.

Who is my point of contact?

A real person on our team, by name. You get their phone, email, and video call access. The team you talk to in month six is the same team you onboarded with in month one, so you do not have to re-explain your stack every time.

Do you work outside the plan scope on custom projects?

Yes. Redesigns, integrations, new builds, migrations all fit alongside the recurring work. Scoped separately so the recurring engagement stays predictable.
